§ 01 Company snapshot Key facts

Who we are.

Neura Defense Systems is a software-first counter-UAS company. Our sensor-agnostic platform fuses data from commercial radar, electro-optical/infrared, RF, and acoustic sensors and uses AI to detect, classify, and prioritize small-drone threats — including fiber-tethered and autonomous FPVs that defeat RF-based detection, and coordinated swarms that defeat one-at-a-time defenses — then cues the operator to act, with a human on the loop. We provide the detection-and-decision layer and integrate with the countermeasures operators already field.

§ 02 Mission Restore the exchange ratio
Adversaries built mass-produced drones because they could out-economy any defender. We're closing the gap. Make persistent counter-UAS defense affordable, autonomous, and operationally sustainable.

§ 02 · 1 Execution — the build order Software first

The build order. Software beats hardware.

Neurex — the fusion and decision core — ships first, because it runs on sensors customers already own. Every hardware tier that follows is a carrier for the same brain.

PHASE 01
Neurex Core
COMPLETE

Multi-modal fusion, track custody, threat classification, tamper-evident audit, operator gating. Feature-complete; bench-measured by modality.

PHASE 02
Hardware Platform
IN BUILD

The first fused station-class node — edge compute, enclosure, power. The carrier for the core.

PHASE 03
Sensor Integration
NEXT

Seven modalities operational in software; native pipelines brought onto our hardware.

PHASE 04
Neura Station
PLANNED

The full-aperture integrated build — fixed-site or vehicle-mounted.

PHASE 05
The Family + Canopy
PLANNED

Patrol, Scout, Sentry — then Stations meshed into one air picture.

PHASE 06
Response Integration
PLANNED

Station extended for programs that require response as well as detection — under program review, subject to export-control review and applicable authorizations.

§ 03 Values Operating principles
01Operating principle

Mission-first.

Every design decision trades cost, latency, and survivability against the operational reality of the warfighter. If it doesn't matter in the field, it doesn't ship.

Field-informedOperator-led
02Operating principle

AI at the edge.

Autonomy, not automation. The Neura Station decides on-node, in milliseconds, without a cloud round trip. Comms-denied environments are the threat model, not the exception.

Edge-firstNo cloud dep.
03Operating principle

Recurring economics.

Software licenses and support subscriptions compound across deployments. A model that scales with operational tempo instead of fighting against it.
